2008 – 2016

After eight wonderful years designing and leading culinary tours and cooking classes in Chengdu, we at Lotus Culinary are off to new adventures. I remain devoted to the food, however, and will continue blogging about Cooking Sichuan in America at The Mala Project. Visit us there, where we soon will launch a shop stocking authentic Sichuan specialty ingredients to help you cook this world-class cuisine.
